Dustin Flanary

Owner/Operator

Dustin Flanary is the father of two beautiful children, Sophia and Brooks O'Neil. Megan Flanary, his loving wife of two years, keeps him humbly grounded. 

Dustin's attention to detail and work ethic were honed and perfected within academia at the University of Toledo and Wake Forest University School of Law, respectfully. After leaving Law School, Dustin held a position within the FedEx Corporation maintaining corporate compliance and Operations Management standards. After the birth of his children, Dustin decided that working in a warehouse office all afternoon, night, and morning was not fair to his young family. Trusting in his faith and belief in God always being his provider and protector, Dustin made the decision to take the leap into business ownership.  He knew that by forming a team of employees that held the same mentality towards customer service and business excellence as he possessed, that he could create a business model that would be unstoppable. Flanary Brothers Landscaping was thus born, along with a deep and sincere desire to serve the local communities with honest, fair pricing of quality workmanship. 

When Dustin is not beautifying and renovating outdoor living spaces, he is either in the gym running from a Dad Bod, taking his family to the park, or finding new ways to entertain his beautiful wife and treasured love.

Michael Bailey

General Manager

Mike came to the Carolinas from Michigan and is a devoted husband and loving father of two, cherishing every moment spent with his family. Hailing from the Great Lakes State, he has an insatiable passion for hockey and the outdoors, finding solace and joy in nature's embrace. With a contagious smile and a great sense of humor, Mike brightens every room he enters.

Professionally, Mike is a diligent worker with over a decade of experience in lawn care and managerial roles. He approaches his work with a deep commitment to excellence, always striving to do right by his customers. This dedication stems from his belief in integrity and hard work, values he holds dear.

Mike's educational journey led him to Ferris State University, where he honed his skills and knowledge, laying the foundation for his successful career. Despite his professional achievements, his greatest source of pride remains his family. He is devoted to his wife, Stephanie, and treasures the moments they share together.



In essence, Mike epitomizes the qualities of a dedicated family man, a hardworking professional, and a genuinely kind individual, making a positive impact on those around him.

Bradley Flanary

General Manager

Bradley, a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry, boasts an impressive 11 years of experience, honing his skills under the mentorship of his elder brother. A Winston-Salem native, Bradley embodies the Southern charm and hospitality of his roots.

Outside of work, Bradley finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. An avid golfer and fishing enthusiast, he revels in the tranquility of nature. But perhaps his greatest joy comes from spending time with his beloved dog, his faithful companion through thick and thin.

Despite enjoying the single life, Bradley's heart lies with his family. He finds immense pride and fulfillment in being an uncle to his young niece, Sophia, and nephew, Brooks. Their laughter and innocence bring him boundless happiness, making each moment spent with them precious.

Bradley's dedication to his craft, coupled with his love for his family and zest for life, defines him as a compassionate, hardworking individual. With a heart as warm as his hometown, Bradley leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
